Pilates instructor and specialist

Already a personal trainer and fitness presenter, Caroline was asked to present a Pilates machine on QVC back in 2001 (where she regularly presents fitness items).

She realized that she would need to have a specialist knowledge, and so trained to qualify as a pilates teacher. As soon as Caroline was certified, word got around and she was inundated with Pilates clients. Caroline says “The more I learnt about Pilates, the more I fell in love with it! It is the most complete system of exercising the body that is suitable for everybody, old and young. Most people, once they start Pilates, will never go back because they feel the benefits immediately. Many of my clients have been with me from day one, and still reap the rewards.”
