Caroline was always passionate about fitness, and in 1999 decided to turn her hobby into a career, qualifying as a personal trainer in 2000. Since then she has worked with a wide variety of clients including several celebrities. By combining her broad knowledge of health, fitness, yoga and pilates Caroline can tailor make a programme for all your needs, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve your running performance, or return to fitness after pregnancy or a long break.
As a mobile freelance trainer, Caroline can train you in your local gym, or your own home using an up-to-date range of equipment.
Caroline says “most of my clients have incredibly busy lives with work and family commitments, and as well as the great pleasure they get from achieving their fitness goals, they all comment on how wonderful it is to have that precious hour away from stress. We tend to use local parks and green spaces for a lot of our sessions, and the fresh air and scenery adds a real feel-good factor”
