Caroline is a qualified Sivananda Yoga Instructor. She lived in an Ashram in Southern India and learnt under the 'Gurukula' system - where one lives, works and studies with their teacher.

Presenter

As a fitness presenter, Caroline has worked in live TV and studio recordings. She frequently appears on QVC presenting products from Pilates machines and treadmills to diet videos and stability trainers and has also presented for Screenshop.motor bike

Caroline's love of speed and the outdoors fuels her passion for motorcycling. She has owned various bikes and has lately been enjoying a Kawasaki ZX9R.
