A 28 day weight loss plan, incorporating Caroline's exercise regime, with a diet created by top nutritionist Linda Barr. The exercise plan combines resistance work with cardiovascular interval training, and also has a 30 minute Pilates workout. The meal plan is based on high quality, low GI foods and the diet and exercise combined when trialled for the programme gave an average weight loss of 1 stone in just 4 weeks!

Ultralates

UltraUltralates is a beautiful exercise programme combining Pilates, Yoga and resistance work. Filmed in South Africa and with chilled out music, the experience is very calming, yet the exercises are very powerful.

Caroline regularly trains Claire Sweeney - the lovely Actress, Singer and TV Presenter, and Perfect Fit is Claire's exercise DVD co presented with Caroline, in association with Weight Watchers.
The DVD shows Caroline training Claire, Lucy and Donna ( 2 regular girls who followed the Perfect Fit programme ) to show viewers how they can achieve the same amazing results. The three girls all lost between 10 & 12 pounds and several inches of fat!

Time to MoveCaroline worked with 10 WeightWatchers members who followed her training regime to gain amazing results. They had all lost significant amounts of weight through dieting previously, but were amazed at the effect exercise had on their body shape.
